ISCAM operates in the precision mechanical machining to customer specifications business since 1988. Nowadays develops in 3000 s.m. area, 1500 s.m. covered. Year after year our activity has been growing in terms of turnover and that’s proven by the increasing trust of our customers who repute us as quality, competence and flexibility suppliers. Since the beginning of 2022, the factory activities have been monitored through a MES SYSTEM with a 4.0 perspective. The monitoring, initially limited to the machines purchased with a subsidy, has been EXTENDED TO THE ENTIRE MACHINE FLEET. ISCAM is therefore able to know in real time, based on the order portfolio, the machine loads of each individual asset, the status and the start and end date of each processing phase. Currently, approximately 500 processing phases are managed simultaneously.

This commitment in terms of the external quality of products and services must be consistent with the internal objectives and the operational management of the company through the contributions of all personnel, in all functions and at all levels and in this sense must represent for each person a way to affirm their professionalism and promote their continuous growth. The management reference point therefore becomes the Company Quality System which identifies guidelines, responsibilities and tools to operate according to the Quality criteria. Through the analysis of the results of the company processes and customer satisfaction, management by objective, risk-based thinking orientation, inspection checks and management review we intend to establish a policy of continuous improvement of the competitiveness of the Company on the markets as well as the efficiency of the operational processes and our quality management system. ISCAM aims to develop its business in total respect of the environment with the aim of excluding any type of negative impact of its transformation activities. The focus starts from the property and extends to all levels of the organization.
