HIGH-PRECISION PRODUCTS

BLADED ROTOR
A blend of technologies and complex geometries coming together across various machining planes, the bladed rotor for air compressors or the VACUUM sector is made from steel or cast iron blanks.
It is turned with a runout error within 0.03 mm, milled with an error within 0.02 mm, and ground within < 0.01 mm runout precision.
ACTUATOR
This component, made of quenched and tempered 42CrMo4, requires extreme precision between the lapped inner section and the ground outer section.
ISCAM, with its machinery, maintains deviation within 0.01 mm. The keyway execution and the grinding process ensure the specified dimensions and the < 0.4 microns surface roughness complete the transformation.
SEAL ASSEMBLY
A fully in-house manufactured assembly, where ISCAM produces the shaft in 39NCD3, the support flange in 6026, purchases standard components, assembles the parts, and tests the final product with helium leak detection at 1x10⁻⁶ mbar/l/s.
It is a safety component mounted on medium-voltage cabinets containing rarefied gas. A minimal leak could cause the enclosure to explode.
ISCAM has been certifying its batches 100% since 2003.
CONTROL LEVER
The core element of an electromechanical device in the railway sector, this lever, machined from forged steel, undergoes complete milling at ISCAM.
We guarantee an inter-axis tolerance of 0.01 mm between the press-fitted and bored bushings and the interference-fitted needle bearing.
Once again, this is a safety component where errors are not an option.

ATTUATORE MARINO
Manufactured in AISI 316, this shaft represents a sum of highly complex applied technologies.
Beyond preparatory turning, it features motorised slotting and multi-start threading via CNC control, with certified P/NP gauge verification.
The male coupling, represented by a square shape, is milled on a machining centre with a precision of 0.01 mm to ensure perfect final fitting.
